1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Avenor Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

2. About Our Products

Avenor Studio specializes in garden sculptures and decorative outdoor art. Each piece is crafted with care and may exhibit slight variations in appearance, texture, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods, not a defect. Product images on our site are as accurate as possible, but actual colors and dimensions may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and natural materials.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 8–10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Shipping

  • Avenor Studio ships worldwide via FedEx.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Avenor Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30–45 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • Garden sculptures are large and fragile — please contact us before shipping any return so we can coordinate safe handling.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

7. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use and weather conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, vandalism, accidents, or extreme weather events beyond normal outdoor exposure.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right — at no cost to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Avenor Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenor Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gordon County, Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
