Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Avenor Studio, we take great care in preparing and shipping your garden sculptures safely to you — whether you're across the street or across the world. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 8–10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier — it is separate from shipping transit time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

3. Shipping Carrier

Avenor Studio ships all orders via FedEx. FedEx is our trusted carrier for both domestic and international shipments, providing reliable tracking and delivery confirmation.


4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. Here's what international customers should know:

  • Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Avenor Studio has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be held by customs for inspection, which can add time to your delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Restricted Destinations: In rare cases, certain countries may have restrictions on importing decorative goods. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package dimensions and weight (garden sculptures vary significantly in size)
  • Delivery destination (domestic vs. international)
  • Selected shipping speed (where available)

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates with no hidden fees.


7. Packaging

Garden sculptures require special care during transit. We take the following steps to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Each sculpture is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect against shifting and impact during transport.
  • Fragile pieces receive additional protective packaging.
  • We use appropriately sized boxes to minimize movement inside the package.

Despite our best efforts, damage during transit can occasionally occur. See Section 9 for what to do if your item arrives damaged.


8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your FedEx tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time

If you haven't received your tracking information within 11 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged items: If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost shipments: If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will open a claim with FedEx on your behalf.


10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Avenor Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at cliffordmcclure961@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
