At Avenor Studio, we take pride in crafting premium handcrafted metal sculptures designed to bring lasting beauty to your outdoor spaces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition and free from signs of misuse or damage.

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions for returning your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns on eligible orders. If your return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label at no additional cost.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing cliffordmcclure961@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

If you'd like to exchange your sculpture, simply contact our customer support team and we'll guide you through the process. Once your original item has been approved for return, we'll begin creating or shipping your replacement.


Custom & Made-to-Order Sculptures

Because every sculpture is handcrafted specifically for each customer, custom or personalized orders cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.

However, if your custom sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or differs significantly from your approved order, we'll gladly repair, replace, or refund your purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications


European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.


Refunds

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
